Remember when it was ten bob to get in and a programme was 5p? On The Firm does. Them was the days. Never stand behind a crush barrier, bag of peanuts at half time, manky burger from a van afterwards. Glory days.
But those glory days are long gone and footie is more commercial than an advert about adverts in a monthly advertising trade magazine. The average supporter has to regularly choose between feeding the kids and going to the match – it’s not always an easy choice.
Anyway, happy days are here again. No more awkward choices – get the kids off to Maccy D’s and settle down to watch the magic that is P2P TV.
